Yesterday for the first time, I tried Indian food. I forgot to pack a lunch on Friday. Trying to open me up to new experiences, my uncle took me to a small Indian buffet. There were only about 7 different items. I got the rice, chicken tikka masala and the naan bread. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t love it. I’m glad I tried it, though.
And that’s life. TRYING NEW THINGS. How we grow as individuals. How would you ever know what you like and don’t like?
I think that’s the most beautiful thing about life. There are endless opportunities and possibilities. Didn’t like Indian food? Okay. Don’t eat it again. Try Greek or Thai or French!
You will find something you like. Sometimes, it’ll almost feel like destiny. You had to go through so many mediocre cuisine cultures, you fell down a few times. All of the hardships will disappear when you find THE ONE. And when you do find the one thing that makes you feel good & alive… Don’t let it go. Cherish it forever. And never forget how it make you feel.
So go out there. Try new things. Find your passion. Find your soul.
